You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Contact us to start a return and we'll send you a prepaid label.
Every mower and snow blower comes with the manufacturer's original warranty (typically 2-3 years, depending on model). Warranty details are listed on each product page.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
